5. Payment Delivery and other Terms
1. Payment Terms & Milestones
To ensure seamless production planning and timely execution, we operate on a structured payment milestone system:
Standard Manufacturing Orders: A 50% advance payment is required to officially confirm your order and initiate production. The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared in full prior to dispatch. Products will not be released for transport until the final payment is verified.
Custom Laser-Printed / Branded Orders: For any items requiring custom laser printing or client-specific branding, a 100% full advance payment is strictly required at the time of order placement before manufacturing begins.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To maintain a secure and verifiable transaction history, all payments must be made digitally. We accept the following electronic transfer methods:
NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement)
IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
3. Transparent Pricing & Logistics
All-Inclusive Product Rates: The quoted factory rate covers all standard manufacturing overheads. There are no hidden costs or unexpected extra charges.
Flexible Transport Options: All freight and transportation charges are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the buyer. Clients are welcome to arrange their own logistics/pickup from our factory facility, or we can assist in coordinating transport at an additional cost.
4. Inspection, Damage, & Refund Policy
Because all products are manufactured directly at our facility to fulfill specific order volumes, the following terms apply:
Non-Refundable Deposits: Advance deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced, as they immediately cover custom raw material allocation and manufacturing setup costs.
48-Hour Inspection Window: Buyers must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival. Any manufacturing defects, transit damages, or variances from ISO 9001:2015 standards must be reported to our service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Validated claims reported within this 48-hour window will be promptly resolved through product replacement or credit adjustments. We cannot accept liability for issues reported after this timeframe.
